A Thymeless Bloom was founded in Marengo, Illinois in April 2013 as a full-service flower shop with a dedicated staff focused on great customer service and amazing flowers. Over the years, our business has transitioned into a Full Service Event Florist Specializing in Weddings.
A Thymeless Bloom believes that your wedding flowers should be created with passion and inspiration. Wedding flowers should complement a couple’s personality as well as their style and dreams.
We work with each couple one-on-one to create the perfect floral designs to fit their needs, wants, and ideas. We are dedicated to the quality and artistry of our designs and your big day.

Courtney Turner, AIFD, CFD, ICPF
Owner
I have been a florist for 16 years and my favorite thing to create is bridal work. I love being part of a Couple’s Big Day by providing them beautiful flowers. It is such an honor to work with amazing couples and bring their vision to life. I am a state and nationally certified floral designer with a degree in Horticulture. I have received several awards for design competitions around the country as well as being first runner up in Designer of the Year in Illinois in 2018 & 2019. I am currently working on my European Masters Certification and my Bachelor’s degree in Plant and Soil Science. I live in Marengo with my husband, my two daughters and several pets.
Alissa Schumacher
I have been in the floral industry for over 15 years. As a third generation florist, I am very passionate about the creativity and artistry of my work. I have studied greatly in color theory and the art of design. I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Northern Illinois University with a major in photography. I find it essential to continue my education by participating in floral classes throughout Illinois.
